Susan Mcevoy.jpg

Susan McEvoy

Susan was born and bred in Ealing and still lives in the Borough in the lesser known, but historic conservation area of Norwood Green. A love of history led her to become both a Qualified Camden and Westminster Tour guide. Susan has a special interest in social history, and particularly the plight of the 19th century poor. Whilst the poor may have been living in inhumane workhouses, the rich resided in grandeur. Norwood Hall, in Norwood Green, built by the famous architect John Soane, is just a one prime example.
